OVERVIEW¶
Subscription workflow status of a tenant, can be modified by super tenant credentials via the REST API.
DESCRIPTION¶
Updating workflow status can be performed by the admin REST API. This api is secured with basic authentication. The vulnerability here is that a workflow reference of a tenant can be modified by executing the REST API with super admin credentials.
IMPACT¶
This allows cross tenant access for subscription workflow update via REST API.
SOLUTION¶
If you are using an affected product version, it is highly recommended to migrate to the latest released version to receive security fixes.
