OVERVIEW¶
Client-side open redirect arise when an application incorporates user-controllable data into the target of a redirection in an unsafe way in the management console.
DESCRIPTION¶
Client-side open redirect arise when an application incorporates user-controllable data into the target of a redirection in an unsafe way. This payload is allowing to redirect the user to external domain.
IMPACT¶
An attacker can construct a URL within the application that causes a redirection to an arbitrary external domain. This behavior can be leveraged to facilitate phishing attacks against users of the application.
SOLUTION¶
If you are using an affected product version, it is highly recommended to migrate to the latest released version to receive security fixes.
Otherwise, you may apply the relevant fixes to the product based on the public fix(s):
